The short version

Pixels to Pages does not collect your personal information.

​

Your photos, your pages, and any scrapbooking kits you import stay on your iPad. They are never uploaded to us, never sent to a server, and never shared with anyone. There are no accounts to create, no tracking, no analytics, and no advertising in this app.

The rest of this policy explains that in more detail.

Who we are

Pixels to Pages is an iPad app published by Pixels to Pages, L.L.C., a limited liability company organized in the State of Florida.

What stays on your iPad

Everything you make in Pixels to Pages is stored locally on your device:

​

• Photos you add to your pages

• Pages and spreads you create, both in progress and completed

• Albums you organize your pages into

• Imported kits — any digital scrapbooking papers, stickers, embellishments, or word art you bring in from the Files app

• Your settings and preferences

None of this is transmitted to us. We have no server that holds your content, and no way to see, retrieve, or recover it. If you delete the app from your iPad, this content is deleted with it.

​

Because your work lives only on your device, we recommend using the app's Export Editable Backup feature to keep your own copies of pages you care about.

​

Photos

Pixels to Pages does not request permission to view your photo library.

​

When you add a photo to a page, iPadOS shows you its own photo picker and passes only the specific image you select into the app. The app cannot see the rest of your library. The photo you choose is copied into your page and stays on your device.

​

We do not read location data, dates, faces, or any other information attached to your photos for our own purposes.

​

If you save a finished page to Photos, iPadOS will ask once for permission to add images. That permission lets the app save your page into your library; it cannot view or read anything already there.

Purchases

The app is a one-time purchase, and additional template sets are available as in-app purchases.

​

All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see or receive your payment card details, billing address, or Apple ID password. Apple tells the app which items you own so it can unlock them, and that is all.

​

The Restore Purchases feature asks Apple to confirm what you have previously bought. It does not send us any information about you.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us.

When you contact support

If you use the Contact / Support option in the app, it opens an email addressed to us. That email includes:

​

• Whatever you choose to write

• Your email address, so we can reply

• A support case number

• Your app version, your iPadOS version, and your iPad model

​

The device details are included automatically so we can diagnose problems faster. You can see them in the email before you send it, and you can delete them if you prefer.

​

We use what you send only to answer your question. We do not add you to any mailing list from a support email, and we do not share it with anyone else.

​

Links that leave the app

Some parts of the app open content outside of Pixels to Pages:

​

• Video Tutorials open our tutorial videos on Vimeo in your web browser

• Links to our website open in your web browser

Once you leave the app, you are on someone else's service, and their privacy practices apply rather than ours. Vimeo's privacy policy is available on Vimeo's website. Our website has its own separate privacy policy.

Opening these links requires an internet connection. Everything else in Pixels to Pages works fully offline.

What we do not do

To be explicit, Pixels to Pages does not:

​

• Create accounts or ask you to sign up

• Collect your name, email address, or contact list

• Use analytics, crash reporting, or usage tracking of any kind

• Include third-party advertising or advertising identifiers

• Track you across other apps or websites

• Sell or share personal information with anyone, for any purpose

Because we do not collect personal information, there is nothing for us to sell, share, or hand over.

Children

Pixels to Pages is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Since the app does not collect personal information from anyone, no information about a child would be collected through normal use.

Your rights

Privacy laws in some places, including the European Union and the State of California, give you the right to ask a company what personal information it holds about you, and to request that it be corrected or deleted.

​

We hold no personal information about you, so there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete. Your content is on your own device and entirely under your control. If you have a question about this, you are welcome to contact us at the address above.

Changes to this policy

If we add a feature that changes how the app handles your information, we will update this policy and change the date at the top. Any change will be posted here and included in the app's next update.
