MMK: Affinity Photo for iPad-The Basics

This is a self-paced, beginner's course is designed for those who want to learn the basics Affinity Photo for iPad to document their photos + stories. The course will cover the app's user interface/settings and basic features of Affinity Photo, and how to use them in the context of creating digital scrapbook layouts. For those upgrading from Affinity Photo Version 1 to Affinity Photo Version 2, both apps can be installed on your device. Version 2 is its own app and can run along side of Version 2. Please check Affinity's website to read more about Version 2 and review the hardware specifications. Friends participating in the class will: –Learn how to set up preferences –Understand how to navigate through the app's user interface –Learn how to open .aftemplates and .psd files –Add photos, digital papers + embellishments to their template –Create a color palette –Add text to their page –Be introduced to the Transform Studio –Learn how to save and export their page The course will be taught through 9 video tutorials. Those enrolled will also receive: –A class kit filled with digital papers, embellishments, and templates –An accompanying PDF handout to refer to –Access to a private, class community to ask questions, share layouts, etc. By the end of this course, you will have a solid understanding of how to use premade scrapbook page templates with Affinity Photo for iPad and document your photos + stories on the go!
