You are invited to take a creative journey into the
Effects Studio within Affinity Photo for iPad!

 

This new class in the Mobile Memory Keeping series of classes here at Pixels to Pages will show you how the Effects Studio can help add depth + dimension to your scrapbook layouts using effects such as drop shadows, outlines, and bevel/embossing techniques.

 

Do you have a large collection of digital embellishments such as word art stamps and digital stickers? You will learn how to apply color overlays to change the color of those embellishments, and even add realistic textures to them! You will be making what was once old, new again and stretch the lifespan of your digital products. Through step-by-step video tutorials you’ll learn how to apply these effects and techniques giving your pages that extra special *POP*!

Participants will receive:

• Access to 6 videos + 1 Bonus video

• PDF handouts to accompany the videos

• A digital embellishment kit to use while working through the videos

• Access to a class chatroom/message board

The class is a technique-based class rather than project-based one. We are not building traditional 12x12 digital layouts. However, in class kit, there is a very simple 6x8 quick page already created for you to practice the techniques demonstrated in the video tutorials. This will help you learn the variety of effects available in the Effects Studio and how you can apply them to your own pages and digital embellishments.
